When a client/customer that isn’t happy with your product or service… what do you do?

How do you handle the situation?

Do you cut ties with the client or can you turn it into an opportunity to sell?

When a client called me recently with problems, I had to step back and figure out a system that would allow me to turn the situation around into an opportunity to upsells additional services.
